Market Rules
Article 4. Membership (Participation)

Approved by Georgian National Energy Regulatory Commission (GNERC) Resolution #2
May 31, 1999

1. All individual and Legal persons who hold a license on "Electricity and Natural Gas" according to the Georgian Legislation or who are the direct customers are obliged to be the members of the Wholesale Market.

2. Any other Entity which is eligible to be engaged, or proposes to engage in the electric power business in Georgia may become a Member upon compliance with such reasonable conditions of the Georgian National Energy Regulatory Commission and the GWEM .

3. Wholesale Market membership will be limited to the Individuals and/or Legal Persons registered in Georgia.
